Sales Spearhead

Experience: 4+ years | Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a Sales Spearhead with min 4+ years of experience in Corporate sales/B2B Sales specialized in corporate gifting, which include sales directly to corporate and through various corporate gifting partners. He should also be able to deal with our audio engineering products for Delhi NCR location.

Key Responsibility:

Enterprise Sales Growth: Drive enterprise sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporates and key stakeholders.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Sales Funnel Management: Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with marketing and technical teams.

Skills & Abilities:

4-8 years of experience in Corporate Gifting, B2B Corporate Sales
Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
Experience in corporate sales is a must

Qualification & Experience:

Any Graduation
Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales) preferred
Minimum 4 years+ of experience in corporate sales

Salary & Location:

CTC LPA+ variable linked to sales generated

Logistics Coordinator

Experience: 2-5 years | Location: Gurgaon/Dwarka

Looking for a mid-level resource in the Logistic department who will be responsible for managing Last Mile operations for B2C orders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for executing B2C orders from our D2C website www.blaupunktaudio.in
Work with various courier partners to ensure best TAT and cost calculations for Pan India deliveries.
Responsible for reverse pickups from customers for faulty products.
Work closely with the D2C sales team to guide on ODA locations.
Negotiate with vendors for the best delivery rates.

Skills & Abilities:

Good Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with courier delivery agencies like DHL, Blue Dart
Good communication and negotiation skills

Qualification & Experience:

Post-Graduation MBA in Logistics/Operations preferred
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics
