Blaupunkt Audio Return and Replacement Policy

Applicability

  • This Return and Replacement Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through Blaupunkt Audio India's official website.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Customers may return or exchange products within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • Condition: To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Return Pickup Attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.

Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:
    1. Products that have been used, installed, or altered.
    2. Items not in their original condition or missing parts.
    3. The return/ replacement /exchange request is generated after the return timeline is over.
    4. The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
    5. Products without valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  • Initiation: To initiate a return, click on return link or via WhatsApp at 8860022600 within the 7-day return window. To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • Enter Order ID & required information in below return link: https://blaupunktaudio.in/apps/return_prime
  • When submitting a return or exchange request, please provide product photos and unboxing videos is mandatory to further investigation.
  • Give us 2 working days to review your return request
  • After reviewing your return request, we will arrange reverse pick up of the products delivered to you.
  • If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product to the shared address by customer support
  • In case our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to the shared address by customer support via any reliable courier partner and provide us with a receipt
  • After your product is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.

Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Inspection and Approval

  • Upon receipt, the returned product will be inspected. If the return or exchange is approved, we will process the replacement / refund accordingly, within 48-72 hours. Refunds

Refunds

  • For COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your Blaupunkt Wallet within 4-5 working days after the return pickup is completed.
  • For Prepaid Orders:
    1. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 4-5 working days after the return pickup is completed.
    2. Refunds for Free Product Deals: Orders placed during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or Bundle Freebie & other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Note:
    1. COD payments will be refunded to the wallet, which can be used on future purchases.
    2. Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end. Order cancellation request is not accepted once the order has been shipped. If you do not wish to keep the product, please do not accept the order when the delivery is completed.

Repair policy of products purchased from other sources (Amazon / Flipkart/ Myntra/ TCQ / B2B Etc)

  • If your product is within 1 Year warranty, please Whatsapp us at 8860022600 for repair of the product. The support team will respond to you within 24- 48 hrs with further details of return shipment.
  • Please self-ship the product within 48hrs after replacement request is approved.
  • Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 3-4 days post approval with original packaging and accessories
  • Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly. Blaupunkt will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
  • Once the product is returned for repair and received by the warehouse, the warehouse team will check and ensure everything is correct.
  • nce everything is verified, your product repair will be processed. If the product is found damaged, no repair / replacement will be provided.
  • We usually process all repair/ replacement within 72hrs of warehouse receiving your returns.
