First of all, Sorry to say that I didn't start to use the product because I have received a faulty product from your team. and I have requested them for the replacement and they are not ready to do it from their end, even the issue is from their side. after a long calling process, they agreed on the reverse pick-up, and it's done but till now I didn't get the product back. because now the reason is saying is the product is not available the warehouse so as per them I need wait again 24 to 72 hours for the product to dispatch and then again some time for courier procedures etc. actually, I was planning to cancel the product since the service is very pathetic. the main problem I faced is I never get any reply to my emails until I called them. nothing to say very bad service. I am very disappointed with the service which you are offering after-sales.
